Request & Response:
1) How many substantive consultant appointments has your trust made in the year 1/9/2010 to 1/9/2011? - Nine
2) How many posts were advertised internally only? None were advertised internally
3) How many posts had their job descriptions/ timetables approved by the respective Royal College? All were submitted to Royal College for approval
4) Were all posts for 10 Paid Programme appointments with a 7.5/2.5 split of Direct Clinical Care (DCC) and Supporting Professional Activities (SPA)? For those that were not, please state the split and the speciality this applied to. All were 10 PA with 8.5/1.5 DCC/SPA split
5) Did all posts have an appointments committee including a Royal College advisor? For those posts that did not, please state the speciality. ALL had royal college member of panel
